Assist in marketing strategy and research with our Head of Publishing on Go-to-Market plans.
Manage the digital assets for marketing campaigns, presskits, and more.

Materia Magica
Successfully revived a small, dedicated community then transferred them to a newly built Discord server that is still growing.
Repaired a previously negative relationship with the community and the dev team by having an empathetic, transparent dialogue with players at all times.
Completely revamped the player support process, solely handling all player support issues in Zendesk. This has helped mend ties with the community, as the player support system was abandoned for years.
Host live Q&A events in Discord with the studio owner and a rotating roster of devs so that the community stays up to date with the present and future of the game.

WIMO Games
Voice of the player and sole provider of support for the mobile game RPG Dice: Heroes of Whitestone.
Completely revamped the player support process in Zendesk, including the implementation of chat support.
Built a Player Support FAQ database in Confluence from scratch to onboard future Player Support team members.
Developed and owned the communication between WIMO devs and our community via periodic live Q&As and weekly Q&A reports that featured questions from players.
Championed for diverse applicants and interviews (not just male dominated interview panels).
